WORTH
Methodology

Measured first. Interpreted second.

Language is never allowed to move a number.

01The sequence
01

Normalisation

Every answer is put on the same footing — scales, forced choices and written reflections become one comparable structure across the eight dimensions.

02

Distance metrics

A deterministic engine computes experience, alignment, perception gap, reciprocity and friction. No model touches these numbers: the same answers always produce the same result.

03

Sentiment and tone

Embedded intelligence reads how each of you wrote — certainty, resignation, care, avoidance — separately for each partner, before either account is compared to the other.

04

Cross-answer reading

Your account is read against theirs, including what each of you believed the other would say. Contradictions and quiet agreements both surface here.

05

Cause attribution

The analysis names which dimension is driving the friction, not only where the friction shows. A communication symptom often has a trust or reciprocity cause.

06

Conversation synthesis

The reading ends in three to five conversations worth actually having, each traceable back to the answers that produced it.

02What comes from where

Established research

The dimensions draw on decades of published relationship science: perceived responsiveness, repair after conflict, reciprocity of effort, values and future alignment. These constructs are not ours.

WORTH's own framework

The Gap, Two Truths, importance-weighted disagreement, hidden alignment and the four-layer perspective structure are our formulation. They are internally consistent and openly described here; they are not externally validated instruments.

Not yet validated

Nothing in WORTH has been shown to predict whether a relationship continues. We have not run longitudinal studies. Until we do, no WORTH surface will imply prediction.

03Versioning

Every reading records the exact logic that produced it, so a result from today remains interpretable after the method changes. Nothing is silently rewritten.

assessment_version

Which set of questions produced these answers.

scoring_version

Which deterministic scoring rules were applied.

prompt_version

Which interpretation instructions were used.

model_version

Which language model wrote the reading.

04What worth never does
  • It never scores your worth as a person.

  • It never issues a verdict on the relationship.

  • It never predicts whether you will last.

  • It never tells you to stay or to leave.
