Relational Intelligence is the measurement of difference between perspectives inside a relationship. It does not describe a person's traits, a compatibility percentage, or a verdict about whether two people belong together. It describes structure: where two accounts of the same relationship agree, where they diverge, and where one person cannot see the divergence at all.
The unit of analysis is not the individual. It is the space between two individuals.
What I experience
The relationship as it actually lands on one person: the felt version, in their own account, without correction from anyone else.
What you experience
The same relationship, lived from the other side. Not a check on the first account. A second, equally valid one.
What I think you experience
The model each person carries of the other. Usually confident. Frequently wrong. Almost never examined out loud.
The distance between them
Relational Intelligence is what you can read once all three layers exist at the same time: alignment, blind spots, reciprocity, and where the misunderstanding actually sits.
WORTH begins with couples. Relational Intelligence goes further.
The romantic relationship is the hardest and most honest place to start: two people, high stakes, and two accounts that rarely match. What we learn there is the foundation. Today, WORTH is built for couples and nothing else.
